A cheerful and encouraging disposition and a heart to serve have earned her customer loyalty and peer admiration. She displays a friendly, welcoming attitude. She is a skilled organizer and cheerful facilitator of events, pitching in at any level with enthusiasm. She is able to separate emotion from business and is extremely helpful in conflict resolution when necessary. Insightful and perceptive, Robbie knows how to look beyond the obvious and see results from beginnings. She asks questions that help others consider different facets of issues. A prior multi-state construction business owner, Robbie is familiar with issues related to doing business and is helpful in anticipating needs and services.
