Customer Relations Manager
Dianne oversees the activities of customer service and sales order processing and develops customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction.
Bio for Dianne Thompson
Dianne Lynn Thompson, retired from the Social Security Administration after fifteen years as a contact representative. In that position, Dianne answered calls at the National 800 number. Her position required that she provide a full range of assistance to Social Security beneficiaries, and respond to inquiries by telephone, written correspondence, or in person, regarding all programs administered by the Social Security Administration. Dianne received several performance awards during that time. She received certificates of continuing education for Handling Difficult Customers and Cultivating Winning Attitudes.
Dianne graduated from Petersburg High School in Petersburg, VA, and has an Associate of Arts degree from Green River Community College.
Dianne Thompson is very resourceful, loves putting out fires, and plays well with others.
For fun she hikes around Mt. Rainier, or off the I-90 corridor, loves going to the movies, sitting in the hot tub with her husband, and enjoying her family and friends.
